I and other Apple fans in the world should budget $500 more to prepare for the iPad 3. It’s still a speculation, but we would be shocked when the Apple’s latest tablet didn’t show its Retina display come March. Until now, the speculation has pointed at early of March announcement, with the launch a week or so later.

iPad 3 Release Date 2012

If you got the new report, you can see that iPad 3 will be released earlier than expected. According to the mysterious source of the supply chain of Asian and also from another alleged sources in the United States, Apple company will announce a tablet in early February, and was launched about a month later.

iPad 3 features killer is 2048 × 1536 display retina, it will show that 264 pixels per inch of the iPad 3 will fall short of the 300ppi that Steve Jobs used to define the look of the Retina (when he threw the iPhone 4). Other rumored features of 3 iPad will comes with LTE, improved camera, quad-core SoC A6, and a good physical design slightly thicker or slightly thinner (depending on what source you believe).

It would be interesting to see how Apple manufacture manage to fit all the above said about specifications of iPad 3 into their upcoming tablet without affecting its battery life. As you should know that the longer battery life is one of any iPad’s strongest points. And all the high-end features of iPad also mean a higher price tag.

And what about the iPad’s thickness? According to the report, The devices will come  with Sharp’s IGZO technology to bring out a thinner display. While some have indicated that Apple have chosen a dual light bar design that will result in a thicker iPad 3.
